Grade handling
Letters from A+ to F map to standard 4.0 points; A is 4.0, B is 3.0, and so on.
Percentages map through bands (93+ is 4.0, 87+ is 3.3, and so on).
The GPA is weighted by credits, with zero credits rejected.
